Our expert photographers offer a variety of clothing and garment photography options for your clothing and fashion photography needs. Whether you need images as ghost mannequin or flat lay, we are the right product photography team for you. We pride ourselves in taking a great care when we photograph your garments. Each brand style is unique, and it is our job to showcase your garment in its best. It is important to be aware of the exclusive features of each garment when performing clothing photography. Fashion Accessories Styling
We style every accessory in accordance with your requirements and needs, so that the final image looks precisely as desired by you to your customers. We are your key business partner when it comes to shoes and fashion accessories photography.
We prepare and style every product prior the photoshoot. Shoes and bags may need some stuffing to create fullness and add some body to it. Sunglasses and fashion accessories may need to be wiped with clean microfiber cloth to remove any fingerprints, dusts, dirt and then polished to bring out the product glow. Belts and headpieces require styling and adjustments to showcase the fabric and product materials.
Lighting, Reflections and Shadows
Lighting is probably one of the most critical parts of the footwear and fashion accessories photography. When appropriate lighting setup is used, the final image is not only pure and vibrant, but will appeal to your customers. We use combination of light source where natural sunlight and artificial light can be used to bring out product colours at its best.
When it comes to photographing the footwear, this type of product photography can greatly benefit from a slight use of natural shadow. Maintaining some natural shadows in the footwear photography creates a natural look and professional feel. However, some customers may request the images to be shadow free. In such instance, shadows are removed in the post production stage.
Unless advised by our customers, shadows are not used in photographing items such as belts, handbags, fashion accessories or sunglasses.
Products such as sunglasses or fashion accessories can be highly reflective. We take a great care to ensure that just a right amount of reflection is used when photographing such products. The key is not to create distractive reflections, but to maintain a natural glow and warmth.
Fashion Accessories and Footwear Photography Post Production
During the post production phase we work on image enhancement and adjustments. There are a range of effects and manipulations we need to do in order to create a perfect, flawless image. Some of the changes are done in Photoshop and others are using variety of software and tools. It is important to state that standard best practice is when the images are done on pure white background. However, at Nikita Photography Studios we also supply images on a transparent background meaning that you can use it for other marketing channels such as print.
Image consistency is a must for a reputable and professional ecommerce store. Your customers can easily spot if images are inconsistent in angles, lighting and focus. It is our job to ensure that upon the completion you receive high quality professional and consistent images.

Is there minimum quantity required to qualify for the special price?
In order to qualify for $20+GST per image special, the minimum quantity of 20 images is required. Please contact us for a quote should you require less than 20 images.
What is included in the price?
We provide all our images, professionally retouched (correcting imperfections), deep etched (background removed) in high resolution (for print) and web optimised formats (for eCommerce).
What are the turnaround times?
Our standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days from the day of the photoshoot. This may vary due to the complexity of the setup and the number of product photos required. Express turnaround times are available.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
YES, please contact us for a special rate.
How do I get my products to you?
Products can be delivered to us using Australian Post or courier of your choice. Alternatively, products can be hand delivered to the studio. Please package your items in a protective manner.
Do you charge studio set up fee?
NO, there is No Studio Setup Fee.
Do I need to clean and prepare my products?
YES, we require products to be clean and ready for shooting to ensure we can maintain high quality standards. Items requiring cleaning will delay the shooting process and may incur additional charges.
What image resolution do I get?
You will receive your images in High Resolution format (~5000px x 5000px 300dpi) and Web Optimised images suitable for your e-commerce website (i.e. 1024px x 1024px). We can prepare your images as JPEG (Standard – white background) or PNG (no background) formats. If you require Photoshop files please let us know.
How do I get the final images?
You will receive the link via email to download your final images.
Do I own the final images?
Once invoice payment and photography project is finalised you get unlimited rights for images use. We provide all our final images to you. We may use the images on our website and/or social media channels as an example of our work.
How do I make payment for the photography?
We accept payments via Bank Transfer (EFT), Credit Cards or PayPal. Please note that it is prohibited to use any of the images without finalising the payment first.
How do you ship our products back to us after photography?
When the photographs are complete, we return the products to you, at your cost. If you do not want the products returned, please let us know.
What happens to my products if/when they do not get pick up after the photoshoot?
Product will remain in the studio for 10 business days from the date of the photoshoot. Thereafter products are being recycled.
